I really like reading the story because it starts of a calmly description of the character walking through the cold quiet night street. It almost made me think I also walking though the street but just when the story was getting relaxing the character sees some coming out from no where. This cause me to stay alert because in some stories when a stranger appears out of no where its a sign something bad its going to happen and surprisingly it did happen. The biggest cliffhanger in story is what happen next, Did the cop release Leonard Mead or who was the Stanger?
Do I hate the story?
In my opinion the story is great, plot is good and it makes you question about what's going happen next.
How do I define what the story means?
I've read the story two times now and I couldn't find what the story fully means. The reason why is the story has un answered question like who was the stranger, was he the one the cop were looking for or what happen to the main character did he got release? what I can only understand is police will arrest any who they think is weird.
That are the three techniques Ray Bradbury uses?
The first technique I found is the author using first person to describe what the character is seeing or experiencing making the story interesting to read. the second is adding plot to story, when Leonard Mead see some one out at night you can almost understand how shock he was. last technique I found is using describing words to describe the surrounding areas.
